What to cook tonight?
Deciding every day what healthy, unprocessed meal to put on the table takes energy. Atablivo does the thinking and takes your diet, allergies, time and kitchen into account.
Free to use with starter credits. No account, no ads.
Whole ingredients, nothing ready-made
A sauce or dough is made from separate ingredients. No jars, packets or flavour enhancers, unless you ask for one.
Fits your situation
You enter your diet, allergies and dislikes once. You can pick a direction such as high protein, high fibre, low salt, low fat or a calorie target.
Doable on a weeknight
Every suggestion has an estimated cooking time, amounts and step-by-step preparation. You set a time limit and the equipment in your kitchen (oven, air fryer, slow cooker).
Not the same thing every day
Within a session the app does not keep suggesting the same thing: what you have already seen and passed on is skipped. Put your favourites in the planner and get one shopping list for the week.
How it works on a weeknight
- Open the app and ask for a suggestion. Your diet, allergies and kitchen are already in it.
- Optionally add a note, such as "quick", "lots of vegetables" or "something with lentils".
- Pick a dish, check the amounts and cook step by step with timers. Save what worked for later.
How do I come up with a healthy, unprocessed meal every day?
Enter your diet, allergies, dislikes and kitchen equipment in Atablivo once. After that you ask for a suggestion for tonight. Suggestions are built from whole, unprocessed ingredients, with amounts, preparation steps and an estimated cooking time.
What do you mean by unprocessed?
Suggestions are built from separate, whole ingredients: a sauce or dough is made from scratch and does not come from a jar or packet. It is a setting of the AI and not a guarantee: if you ask for a processed product in a note, the app will use it. Always check the ingredients yourself.
Is this nutrition advice?
No. Atablivo gives dish suggestions from an AI language model, not medical or dietary advice. You can pick a direction such as high protein, high fibre, low salt, low fat or a calorie target per meal. With a medical diet or a serious allergy you stay responsible yourself and should consult a dietitian or doctor.
Can I make a weekly menu and a shopping list?
Yes. You put saved dishes in the planner, move them to the day that suits you, and get one shopping list for them. Planning costs no credits; making the shopping list costs 1 credit.
What does it cost?
The app is free to use and starts with starter credits. An AI suggestion costs credits, which you can top up for a small fee. Entering your own recipes and planning cost nothing extra; making a shopping list costs 1 credit. There are no ads.
