Besides the 14 EU allergens there are choices for latex-fruit, cashew and pistachio, and birch-pollen foods. If you only react to raw food, there are "problem raw only" choices, where cooked or stewed fruit, carrot and celery are fine.

How to start
- Open the app and fill in your diet, allergies and dislikes in your profile.
- Ask for a suggestion for tonight and optionally add a note such as "quick".
- Pick a dish and cook step by step with timers. Save what worked.
How reliable is the allergy check?
Every suggestion is automatically checked against the allergies entered. It is an aid, not a guarantee: hidden allergens in ready-made products and cross-contamination are not detected. With a serious allergy you always check the ingredients and labels yourself.
Which diets does Atablivo support?
Among others vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, kosher, no pork or beef, keto and low-carb. There are also directions such as high protein, high fibre, low salt or low fat.
Does my profile stay private?
Your profile stays on your own device. There is no account. For a suggestion only the preferences that are needed are sent, without your name.
What does it cost?
The app is free to use and starts with starter credits. An AI suggestion costs credits, which you can top up for a small fee. Setting up your profile and checking your own recipes costs nothing.
